This is a key strategic hire within their growing team, focused specifically on the wines and spirits market across the UK and wider European region.

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will drive new commercial opportunities, develop high-level client relationships with leading drinks brands, and work closely with internal technical and creative teams to deliver standout labelling solutions that elevate brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development efforts within the wines & spirits sector, identifying and converting new opportunities

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts, acting as a trusted partner to premium brand owners

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across design, technical, and production teams

  • Stay ahead of market trends, sustainability goals, and branding innovations
