Our Founders

Pack Recruiter was founded by Glenn and Toby to deliver specialist recruitment across the packaging and print industry, supporting manufacturers, suppliers and end users of packaging technology.

Launched in 2023, Pack Recruiter now works with businesses across the UK, helping employers secure high-quality talent while supporting packaging professionals in finding roles that enable long-term career growth.

Toby Petersen

Managing Director

Toby built his career in sales, progressing to Sales Manager where he developed high-performing teams and drove significant new business growth. During his time there, he helped transform the company from a small, relationship-led operation into a commercially strong, scalable business. His background in sales leadership and business development brings a modern, results-driven approach to Pack Recruiter.

Glenn Petersen

Managing Director

Glenn began his career in packaging recruitment in 1997, quickly progressing from researcher to top-performing consultant. He went on to build and lead a dedicated packaging division and has specialised exclusively in the sector for nearly 30 years, known for his ability to understand complex briefs and consistently match the right people to the right roles.

Steve plays a key role in driving the team’s success and growth. Outside of recruitment, he’s an enthusiastic darts fan - even if a 180 still remains out of reach.
